To the editor: I was recently given two issues of Hawkeye (July and August, 2002), and was amazed to find so many articles devoted to perceived threats from the animal rights community. I counted a total of 11 articles, some small and others large, across the two issues. Reading these articles both incensed and intrigued me, and I wish to share four points in response. |
