In NH, we have hunting preserves (approximately a dozen) where people pay to shoot pheasants and other birds. We also have a state-sponsored pheasant hunting program -- the Fish & Game Department will be stocking ring-necked pheasants around the state just prior to the start of the season on October 1st.
